Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping costs are determined by shipping destination and shipping origin.
To determine if the item(s) you wish to order are in stock and qualify for Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping, please call 1-800-663-0096.
Replacement parts and the PowerHalt line of Air Shut-Off Valves are excluded from all Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping options.
- Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping is available from the Pacbrake Warehouse closest to the delivery address on orders of over $250 USD or CAD (not including taxes) to delivery addresses located within the Contiguous United States and Canada. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii, the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

- Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping is available from the Pacbrake Warehouse closest to the delivery address on orders of over $250 CAD (not including taxes) to delivery addresses located within CANADA.
In Stock Items Shipping from our USA Warehouse
- Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping is available from the Pacbrake Warehouse closest to the delivery address on orders of over $250 USD (not including taxes) to delivery addresses located within the states of Washington and Oregon.
For all other Province/Territories/States, Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping is available on orders of USD/CAD $2,000 or more.
Customers have the option of ordering from any warehouse and can choose to wait for items to qualify for Free Regular (Best Way Ground) Shipping or opt to pay for shipping on items in stock at another warehouse, which may shorten delivery time.
The cost that would have been charged for pre-paid ground shipping cannot be deducted from other shipping options in attempts to obtain faster shipping methods at a discounted rate.
Approximate delivery time is 2-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Pacbrake is not responsible for any delay in receipt of product due to weather, natural disaster, mechanical malfunction, labor dispute, or, any other situation the freight company encounters. Inspect shipping container and product upon receipt and advise freight company of any damage concerns immediately.
Returns
DEALERS & DISRIBUTORS: those with approved Pacbrake Accounts in good standing.10% of the previous year’s purchases may be returned annually and a credit will be applied to the customer’s account with the following conditions.
- Parts must be on the previous year’s price list. No obsolete parts are allowed for return.
- Parts must be in new and resalable condition. Repackaging and updating costs will be deducted from the credit over and above any restocking fees or parts will be returned freight collect at the sender's expense.
- A request for returning parts must must be submitted in writing for approval before returing. Once approved, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued within 5 business days. Parts returned without an RGA number will not be accepted and returned freight collect at the sender's expense.
- All Returns must be accompanied by an RGA#, which should be clearly visable on the outside of the packaging.
- Returns must be received by Pacbrake within 30 days of the RGA# being issued.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns without an offsetting order of equal or greater value.
- Pacbrake does not pay return freight; in the case that products are returned to Pacbrake freight collect, the freight charge will be deducted from the total return amount.
- If the item was originally shipped for free (pre-paid), the cost of the initial shipment may be deducted from the return value
CONSUMERS: Personal use customers and those without an approved Pacbrake Account.
- Returns are accepted on items purchased directly from Pacbrake (not on re-distributed products) within 60 days of purchase.
- To receive a full refund, parts must be in new and resalable condition and must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Original invoice (proof of purchase) must be provided for all goods returning. Additional charges may apply for Pacbrake to search for original invoices.
- Opened items, or those not in their original packaging, will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee along with price of parts missing or damaged.
- Parts that have been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
- Parts must be on the current and most up-to-date price list. No obsolete or superseded parts are allowed for return.
